
At our studio, we’re proud to offer more than just indoor cycling. While our rides bring the energy and community we’re known for, we’ve expanded our class lineup to support a well-rounded fitness experience for every client. From high-intensity circuit training to focused strength training sessions, our classes are designed to help you build endurance, increase strength, and stay motivated. Whether you’re clipping in for a ride or stepping onto the floor for a full-body workout, you’ll find expert guidance, supportive coaching, and a welcoming environment every step of the way.
Monthly will expire after the date of purchase. Contract packages will continue to run each month on a set date. You would need to let staff know when you wanted to cancel as it will auto-renew.
This package will auto-renew each month until member cancels.

Climbs/Hills-- A ride that includes several successive climbs/hills that will result in a sprint for recovery. The entire ride will not be based on the listed class description but will have a variety to offer recovery. Climbs/Hills will give you the strength and endurance to meet your fitness goals.
Sprints/Flats- The benefits of sprinting are endless. It's an excellent cardiovascular exercise, it increases your stamina, burns a lot of calories in a short time and it gives a boost to your metabolism so even when your workout is over, it keeps on burning calories. As with every ride, you make it your own.
Interval/HITT- High Intense Interval Training- this class offers intense anaerobic exercise with less recovery time to maximize your cardiovascular effort.
Cycle & Core- This class is designed to give you the best of both worlds: a high-energy indoor cycling ride for a portion of your workout and then the remainder of the class focused on core sculpting. We start by torching calories with sprints and climbs on the bike, then transition to the mat for a targeted abdominal workout to build a rock-solid foundation. It’s the ultimate combination for cardiovascular endurance and midsection strength.
Cycle/Circuit: Lower Body Burn- This style class is a high-intensity fusion that combines the cardiovascular power of indoor cycling with dedicated, off-bike strength training for the legs and glutes. This format targets the "big engines" of your body—the quads, hamstrings, and glutes—to build both explosive power and endurance. This class will have stations where only the lower body will be trained.
Cycle/Circuit: Upper Body Burn- Exactly the same as above where we will start the class on the bikes and then train at stations targeting the upper body. This will help so we know exactly what is in store for our workout.
45 MIN Ride- This is a combination of all classes traditional cycle classes.
Cycle & Strength- For this style class you will start on the spin bikes for a longer duration than in a circuit training class and workout in a group versus stations as we do in circuit classes. Everyone is welcome to join this class and stay on the bikes for the strength portion if you choose to do so.
In this class we use a max of 10 lb weights off the bike with repetition to exhaust the muscles we are training.

Membership Agreement:
This agreement reminds the member that after the promotional rate that was offered upon signing up, you will be auto-enrolled in the original monthly contract price of $90 per month. This will NOT be waived or refunded as the member is aware that after the discounted months they will continue the normal rate of the unlimited monthly fee.
If you decide to cancel your membership during the specific months of the contract (4-month promotional rate) you owe the studio the difference of the months for exiting the contract before the date. You can cancel at ANY time AFTER you have completed the promotional 4 months of unlimited cycle classes.
Members who DO NOT show up for a registered class are responsible for the $30 no-show fee. Members who cancel during the 4 hours prior to class starts will also receive a $30 fee. These fees are NON-refundable and cannot be added to your next month of payment.
